چکیده

We characterize the finite graph algebras which are dualizable. Indeed, a finite graph algebra is dualizable if and only if each connected component of the underlying graph is either complete or bipartite complete (or a single point).

Full Duality among Graph Algebras and Flat Graph Algebras

We prove that among finite graph algebras and among finite flat graph algebras, dualizability, full dualizability, strong dualizability and entropicity are all equivalent. Any finite (flat) graph algebra which is not dualizable must be inherently non-κ-dualizable for every infinite cardinal κ. A new, general method for proving strong duality is presented.

How Finite is a Three-Element Unary Algebra?

A full duality gives us a natural dual equivalence between a quasi-variety generated by a finite algebra and a class of structured topological spaces. There are many well-known examples of full dualities: Stone’s duality for Boolean algebras [12], Priestley’s duality for distributive lattices [11], and the Hofmann, Mislove, Stralka duality for semilattices [6]. A finite algebra M is called full...

NILPOTENT GRAPHS OF MATRIX ALGEBRAS

Let $R$ be a ring with unity. The undirected nilpotent graph of $R$, denoted by $Gamma_N(R)$, is a graph with vertex set ~$Z_N(R)^* = {0neq x in R | xy in N(R) for some y in R^*}$, and two distinct vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent if and only if $xy in N(R)$, or equivalently, $yx in N(R)$, where $N(R)$ denoted the nilpotent elements of $R$. Recently, it has been proved that if $R$ is a left A...

New Tools for Proving Dualizability

We address the problem of proving that a finite algebraM is dualizable, or strongly dualizable, in the sense of [1]. There are generally two aspects to the problem: (1) handling the finite members of SP(M), and (2) handling the infinite members of SP(M). In principle, the problem rests entirely at the infinite level (that is, in the second aspect). In practice, however, the real work is typical...

Primitive Ideal Space of Ultragraph $C^*$-algebras

In this paper, we describe the primitive ideal space of the $C^*$-algebra $C^*(mathcal G)$  associated to the ultragraph $mathcal{G}$. We investigate the structure of the closed ideals of the quotient ultragraph $  C^* $-algebra  $C^*left(mathcal G/(H,S)right)$ which contain no nonzero set projections and then we characterize all non gauge-invariant primitive ideals. Our results generalize the ...
